At WWN LLC, we value the trust you place in our consulting and coaching services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refund requests are handled for services purchased through our website.

1. Service-Based Nature of Purchases

All purchases made through our website are for consulting and coaching services. Because these services involve time, planning, and resource allocation, refunds and cancellations are subject to the guidelines below.

2. Cancellations

  • Client-Initiated Cancellations:
    • You may cancel a scheduled service by providing at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled session.
    • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. *
  • Company-Initiated Cancellations:
    • If WWN LLC must cancel a scheduled session, you will be given the option to reschedule at no additional cost or receive a full refund.

3. Refunds

  • Completed Services: Refunds are not available once a service or consulting session has been delivered.
  • Unutilized Services: If you purchased a package of sessions and have not used them, you may request a refund for unused sessions within 14 days of purchase, provided no session has been completed.
  • Deposits or Retainers: Deposits and retainers are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase.

4. Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to WWN LLC’s discretion.

5. Digital Products (if applicable)

If our services include delivery of digital materials (e.g., worksheets, guides, or recordings), these items are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

6. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

Include your full name, service purchased, and the reason for your request. We will respond within 5 business days.

7. Exceptions

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis, where fairness and client satisfaction warrant.
